Guidelines：

1. Only artists who is based in (and) or born or grow up in Kajang are eligible to apply.

2. All materials included in and attach to this application must be typed, and presented in English.
3. The application form should be completed in full. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
4. E-mail applications will not be accepted. Applications are only accepted by post.
5. Send one ”hard” copy of all application materials on A4 paper, and a digital version on CD or DVD. All materials must use A4 paper, and be paper clipped on the upper left. Only printed publications may be accepted that are of a different size.
6. Application deadline is February 28 (Thursday), 2008.
7. Successful applicants will be notified by e-mail and post by April 2008. Do not provide original work as samples. Application material will not be returned; but may be collected in person, by appointment only, before the end of July 2008.
